Terri Brown, RN, BSN, Oncology Department and Cheri Heitman, RN, BSN, Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation Department have taken a step up.

As a member of BJC HealthCare, Missouri Baptist Sullivan Hospital participates in a Professional Nursing Development Program. Brown and Heitman successfully participated in this program that rewards nurses based upon their performance, leadership contributions, professional growth and continuing education efforts.

The program is designed to attract and retain high-quality nursing staff, resulting in improved patient care.
