Wildhaber Promoted as a Director at MBSH

Missouri Baptist Sullivan Hospital is pleased to announce that Amy Wildhaber has been promoted to director of compliance, safety, risk and quality for the hospital.

Amy has held several positions at MBSH including staff nurse, service excellence coordinator, emergency room manager and manager of quality and compliance.  Amy is a BSN registered nurse with a Master’s Degree in Nursing from Chamberlain University.  She has been with MBSH since December 2001.

Amy will continue to oversee all patient safety, clinical quality improvement, infection prevention, accreditation, regulatory compliance initiatives and medical peer review meetings.  As director, Amy will also ensure the successful implementation of systems and processes which directly improve overall organization performance and compliance with BJC policies and applicable laws.

MBSH is raising awareness in the importance of rapid intervention in responding to STEMI & Stroke victims.  Vanessa Breen, BSN, RN, Clinical Nurse Leaser/TCD Coordinator at MBSH recently presented to the senior group at Temple Baptist Church, and Dr. Stuart T. Higano, MD, FACC Medical Direcor at the Medical Baptist Medical Center held an in-service for MBSH staff.
