Congratulations to the Missouri Baptist Sullivan Hospital (MBSH) Wound Care and Hyperbaric Medicine Center for winning the 2020 Center of Distinction award from Healogics®, the nation’s largest provider of advanced wound care services. Our Center achieved outstanding clinical outcomes for 12 consecutive months, including patient satisfaction rates higher than 92 percent, and a minimum wound healing rate of at least 92 percent within 28 median days to heal. This marks the sixth time the Center has received this award. There were 555 Centers eligible for the Center of Distinction award and 278 achieved the honor.
“We’re very fortunate to be able to offer such high-quality wound care services through our Center,” said Lisa Lochner, vice president of operations at Missouri Baptist Sullivan Hospital. “The excellent care the staff provides along with the amazing results continue to impact patients in a very positive way. We have one of the best wound care teams in the entire country right here in Sullivan, so this award is well-deserved.”
