First baby of 2023 arrives at MBSH

Missouri Baptist Sullivan Hospital welcomed its first baby of the new year on January 2, 2023. Amirah Tan Abdullah, MD delivered Ezekiel Matthew Rohrer at 1:29 PM. Ezekiel weighed in at a healthy 8 pounds 0 ounces and was 20-1/2 inches long.  He was welcomed by his parents Mariana and Matt Rohrer and a sister at home.

To celebrate Ezekiel’s arrival, a large basket of gifts was donated by the MBSH mother baby team to help start his journey in life. The Hospital Auxiliary also added in a $100.00 check.
