Congratulations to Dean Wacker, who was selected as MBSH's April 2023 'Employee of the Month.' An employee at MBSH since 2008, Wacker currently works as a security officer in the Security Department.

The following are just a few of the comments, which accompanied Wacker's nomination:  "Dean is a team player that you don’t have to ask for help."  "He is amazing at comforting and calming patients."  "Dean's confidence in his position, skills and co-workers surrounding him allows him to be at his best every day."  "He is someone who listens, is there for you, respects you, makes you feel safe and heard, has your best interest at heart and makes your day better by making you smile."  "Dean's dedication to his team is something to be praised and should be the standard for every employee."

For the recognition, Wacker received a certificate, pin, 100 BJC Shines points and a reserved parking spot for one month. Congratulations again on this well-deserved honor!
